The Back to School Yoga session!

September 16th - November 4th  
Mondays 6:30 - 7:45pm

I hope you can join us this fall in a hatha yoga practice in which we discover the Earth element related to Harvest and Bounty, and the Metal element related to reverence and surrender. This session is open to all levels as well as new students and is PWYC for 8 weeks.

Our practice will include meditation, pranayama, yin yoga and hatha yoga and will include discussion of the 5 elements and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.
I hope this summer has been fun filled and fancy free for all of you.  Our August break from yoga will soon be coming to a close and I am very pleased to present a new 8 week session starting Monday September 16thPlease RSVP to confirm your attendance. xo julie
